Rules for conducting courses and seminars organized by the Face Splitmassage Academy™ (EU, Spain).Course organizer.The course organizer is the the Face Splitmassage Academy™ (EU, Spain). The course lecturer is Natalia Armonik or another person accredited by the Face Splitmassage Academy™Nature of activities.The activities carried out are original in nature. Facial Splitmassage is an author's method for facial rejuvenation.Course objectives:- professional development;
- expansion of knowledge and skills in the field of facial massage and cosmetics.
Groups and order of participation.The courses are held in small groups, with a maximum of 12 participants.The order of participation is established depending on the date of payment of the advance payment.Cost of training.The amount of the fee and the method of payment are indicated in the announcement published on the website.Course registration.Persons who have expressed their desire to participate in the course are Registered on the list of participants after paying the deposit for training.Deposit refund.In case of cancellation of participation 30 days or more before the start of the seminar, the deposit is fully refunded.Payment method.Payment for the course is made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Organizer or in cash on the first day of the seminar (except for the guarantee deposit of 900 euros).Certificates.After completing the course, the student receives a certificate from the Face Splitmassage Academy™ confirming the completion of the course.Teaching materials.The teaching materials after the seminar will be offered in English. They are intended as auxiliary materials for the program discussed during the course. All materials are protected by copyright in accordance with the Copyright Law. Copying, processing or distributing these materials, in whole or in part, without the author's consent is prohibited.Organizer's liability.The organizer assumes no liability for any loss or material damage occurring during the activities, as well as for accidents or harm to the health of the participants.Participant's liability.The participant in the event is financially liable for any damage caused during the activities and is obliged to compensate for the damage within 30 days of their occurrence.Participant's health.By registering for the course, the participant confirms that his/her health allows him/her to participate in the activities.Reporting problems.Any problem or violation regarding the organization of the course must be immediately communicated to the organizer. The organizer undertakes to remedy any situation that arises. These Regulations enter into force on the day of publication of the announcement regarding the start of the course. In matters not provided for by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.Personal data.Personal data are provided by the participant voluntarily. His/her health allows him/her to participate in the activities.Impossibility of completing the training.If, for reasons beyond the organizer's control, the training cannot be completed in full within the planned time frame, the organizer will organize its implementation on another date or in another form, agreed with the group.In the event of an insufficient number of participants, the organizer reserves the right to cancelthe event without financial obligations on the part of the participants.All fees paid will be refunded in full.Violation of the regulations.Failure to comply with any provision of these Regulations may lead to the participant's exclusion from the course without the obligation to refund the fees paid.Participant's obligations.The participant undertakes:- to become aware of the content and comply with the provisions of these Regulations;
- to pay the full cost of the course;
- to adopt appropriate behavior, in accordance with the rules of social coexistence;
- to comply with all internal rules and safety regulations applicable in the building where the activities are carried out.
Consent to use the image.The course participant expresses his/her consent to the registration, processing and publication of his/her image by the Face Splitmassage Academy™ for marketing, training purposes, as well as in publications, messengers and on websites.Reporting problems.Any problem or violation regarding the organization of the course must be immediately communicated to the organizer.
